I had to register at North Iowa Area Community College. The counselors That work over there are very friendly and very helpful I was very amazed at their professionalism and the help they gave me.

Our son will be going their this fall...during our registration visit everyone was friendly and very helpful. We didn't feel rushed. The campus is very clean, well kept and beautiful. I am excited for him to start.

My most recent visit to NIACC was a stress free, efficient, and time manageable visit. I was always helped in the best way and knew everything I needed to know about my classes, move in day, and other essential facts about the college! My counselor was Trudy LaBarr and she was fantastic. She knew exactly what classes I needed to take, which classes to sign up for first to build my other classes around, and she was just overall fantastic. I am so looking forward to the coming years at Niacc.

Being a middle aged person pursuing the possibility of going back to college, I was at first very muddled about where to find all of the information required, then what degree to try for, then how to fund it. The online pages were very helpful, but the personal one on one helped me immensely. NIACC seems to be very organized and everyone I met with was encouraging and friendly.

Today I registered for classes and I have to say, even though it was a bit overwhelming and stressful, Kay Field did an amazing job relaying all the information to me. She was reassuring and she would stop and make sure I wasn't too overwhelmed and if I was getting the information correctly. I can honestly say that I am going to be comfortable scheduling appointments with her along with talking to her as well. All in all, a great experience. Thank you.

My experience when registering for classes was good. I got in, got my picture taken, was shown to the counselor's room and we got right to work getting me in classes that I wanted and when I wanted to take them.
